MASTER PLANNER (m/f/d) - 100%

As a master planner, you take on a central role in aligning customer needs with production capacities. They ensure smooth processes, on-time deliveries and continuous improvements. Responsibilities

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS

  • Creation & maintenance of the MPS: Development and continuous updating of the master production schedule, taking into account customer needs, capacities and material availability as well as integration into the ERP system including purchasing requirements.
  • Capacity and Feasibility Planning: Responsible for Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) in the S&OP process and ensuring that the production plan is realistic and 100% feasible.
  • Cross-departmental coordination: Close collaboration with sales, purchasing, production and supply chain to ensure integrated and realistic planning.
  • Monitoring & optimization: Analysis of demand, material and capacity data, identification of bottlenecks and initiation of suitable measures to optimize utilization, prioritization and batch sizes.
  • Process, KPI and data management: Further development of planning processes and tools, ensuring data quality (BOM, master data), KPI reporting as well as compliance with delivery dates and service level targets including EOL management

Requirements

  • Studies: Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or comparable field.
  • Certifications: APICS CPIM or similar planning qualifications are an advantage.
  • System knowledge: Experience with SAP, Kinaxis RapidResponse and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Competencies: Analytical thinking, strong communication skills and a proactive way of working.

About the Company

How will you make an impact?

The Quality Supervisor for DHR and Inspection is under the direction of the QA Manager. They will continue maintaining high quality standards of the product inspection and final release process and compliance with regulatory requirements, administer Quality Assurance support to Quality Operations of a complex site and/or demanding compliance profile, and directly supervise Quality inspectors, and Final Release (DHR) employees. Works with Quality Technicians and Quality Engineers for day to day activities supporting all Production Cells and Supplier quality (Operating Companies) at the site has adequate quality support, documentation review, and support projects, process and new product introductions or upgrading of existing processes and products and subsequent qualifications.
