Mass Acquisition Project Intern (TikTok Shop) - 2026 Start (BS/MS) at TikTok in London, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

1. Seller Outreach: Support seller education materials, outreach templates, and campaign setup.
2. Onboarding Support: Check failed onboarding cases and collect common seller issues for follow-up.
3. Product Testing: Test new onboarding features, report bugs, and follow up on product issues.

Requirements

• Currently in your final year pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Available to start immediately till the end of the year
• Highly interested in the social media, content industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. And understand the short video/content and livestream ecosystems of TikTok.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with basic data analysis skill
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in e-commerce is a plus.
