Marketing & Communicatie Medewerker

Role Summary

As a Marketing & Communications Employee you are part of our Benelux team for Marketing, Sales & Communications. You will have the opportunity to tackle projects independently and work with colleagues on various campaigns. You are the connecting link between our services and (potential) customers, and contribute to a positive, energetic corporate culture.

Within our compact and dynamic team you will have plenty of room to grow, bring in new ideas and really make an impact. You keep an overview of ongoing projects, regularly coordinate with your colleagues and ensure that deadlines are met.

What are you going to do?

• Setting up and executing online and offline marketing campaigns
• Managing email campaigns according to our corporate identity
• Actively maintain and fill our social media channels
• Creating content and keeping the websites up to date
• Analyzing results with Google Analytics and managing Google Ads (advantage)
• Developing internal communication campaigns (mailings, intranet, digital signage)
• Organizing internal events and projects

Requirements

• What are you bringing?
• You are someone who gets energy from variety, takes initiative and enjoys building strong campaigns. Thanks to your fresh perspective and enthusiasm, you know how to move projects forward and bring that little bit extra to the team.

In addition, you bring the following

• A bachelor's level of working and thinking and a completed education in Marketing & Communications or a similar field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with B2B marketing (advantage, especially in a technical or complex sector)
• Smooth communication in both Dutch and English
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and a good dose of positive energy

Knowledge of social media, email marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads and CMS systems.
