Responsibilities

• Accurately and promptly price vehicles online to maintain competitive and up-to-date listings.
• Manage the dealership websites when necessary.
• Coordinate sponsorship requests and ensure all requirements are fulfilled.
• Plan and execute dealership events, including internal employee events and community-facing activities.
• Professionally represent the dealership at events and sponsorship engagements.
• Handle last-minute requests and shifting priorities with a flexible, solutions-focused mindset.
• Meet strict deadlines while managing multiple projects.
• Create basic graphic design materials; Photoshop experience is a plus but not required.
• Occasionally work evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail, especially when handling vehicle pricing and website editing.
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic graphic design ability; familiarity with Photoshop is a benefit.

Hourly Pay Range

$15.00-$17.00 per hour depending on experience
