Market Development Officer C13

Role Summary

Create market demand within the distribution channel/retailers by offering solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty to ensure desired distribution coverage.

Support and execute sales, marketing and promotion activities in partnership with the National Sales Manager to achieve agreed annual sales and consumption targets individually and as a team.

Build relationships and foster customer relationships at all levels to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty to strengthen long-term business partnerships.

Maximize given resources to deliver an effective field operations program and ensure revenue/cost balance against field operations.

Coordinate and support marketing and engineering departments in new product application development to ensure successful launch of new products/projects.

Contribute to building field activities on the company's products to strengthen the company's position as a market leader.

To deeply understand key market drivers, monitor and predict their developments to evaluate and capture business opportunities better and faster than competitors.

To ensure that all sales activities comply with ethical policies, standards and health safety policies.

Requirements

Knowledge

• Good knowledge of sales and marketing with a full technical background in crops, seed business, plant protection and their applications.
• Extensive knowledge of the business and key drivers of leveraging strong channel partners and customers.
• Have good knowledge of distribution channel network and competitive environment.

Have sales experience

Experience in sales planning, forecasting and budgeting

Experience in conducting sales activities consistent with business activities to create customer needs, brand/solution awareness.
