Role Summary
Supervision (monitoring, maintenance) and Operation of the line / parts of a line, including the execution of maintenance and installation tasks as well as the escalation of technical situations that cannot be resolved
Preparation of manufacturing changes (changeovers) and carrying out manufacturing changes (changeover) / stopping the lines / resuming production after breaks and every time it is necessary according to the standards
- Performing maintenance tasks
- Adjust the process parameters within the limits described in the standards so as to maintain quality and good operation of the process
- Participating in the installation of equipment and carrying out assigned tasks for their commissioning and process validation
- Use the problem solving tools and methodology to solve complex technical problems or where there is no standard solution
- Support the engineer for process validation and perform the necessary tasks to collect the necessary information
- Taking over and managing technical escalations
Providing advanced technical support for equipment and processes.
Diagnose complex problems by analyzing error messages, symptoms, equipment behavior and fault history.
Use of advanced mechanical, electrical and pneumatic knowledge to identify causes and resolve defects.
Using problem solving tools and methodologies for complex problems or situations for which there is no standard solution.
Carrying out complex technical interventions, including calibrations, critical component replacements and equipment recovery activities.
Identify wear, damage, alignment problems, or abnormal operation of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.
Documentation of the identified cause, corrective actions, replaced components and the result of the intervention.
Provide technical support to engineers and analysis support teams.
Ensuring knowledge transfer and providing technical support to other team members.

Requirements
Technical skills
Diploma in technical studies such as mechanical/electrical/mechatronics/automatic or similar.
Basic knowledge of computer operation and MS-Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting in the electronics manufacturing industry in the automotive area.
- Experience in electrical and mechanical field.
