Role Summary

The Public Services Consulting practice is at the heart of current issues and business challenges for ministries, major social, employment and health operators as well as local stakeholders.

The mission

As a Manager/Senior Manager, you work with our clients to advise them and support them in their transformation projects. In this capacity, you lead consulting missions:

• Framing and implementation of digital and business transformation projects,
• Improvement of the operational performance of our clients,
• Transformation of organizations and associated change management,
• From optimizing processes and redesigning user journeys,

Deployment of new working methods (agility, co-design, Lean/Lean-IT) and innovative solutions.

As part of your missions, you supervise consultants and support them in developing their skills.

At the same time, you will be involved in the development strategy and the commercial approach. Thus, you will participate in the development of commercial proposals, studies and pitches to prospects. You will participate in the influence of the firm.

As a Manager/Senior Manager within the Public Services Practice, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to internal projects and the life of the firm. An overview of what we offer:

Requirements

Graduate of an engineering school, business school, university or equivalent, you closely follow the transformations in society and want to have an impact on it.

• You have at least 6 years (8 for a senior manager) of consulting experience,
• You demonstrate great mastery of all sector issues in the Public Sector and/or the Solidarity sector (health, social, employment)
• You have experience in AMOA and large transformation projects;
• You master the techniques of writing commercial proposals and responding to calls for tenders,
• Diplomatic, your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to be comfortable with different levels of interlocutors,
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, involved, with an entrepreneurial spirit, you are proactive and keen to respect commitments, deadlines and the quality of the service provided to the client,
• You like to grow a team and pass on your know-how.
