Within our Lille office, made up of around fifty professionals, you will be able to contribute to the growth of its activity, in the Industry sectors and in all Supply Chain professions.

• Your role and missions
• You support the business transformation of our clients in the Industries and Services sector around different issues:
• The implementation of strategic operational or digital projects
• The design of business or upstream IS (design of new uses/services, organizational design, reengineering of business processes)
• Support for change and deployment strategy and business and/or IS developments
• Promoting data and improving the customer experience
• CSR approaches at scale
• Managing project and program transformation
• Managing change at scale
• Managing business or IS transformation
• Support for IT strategies: IT governance and management, revision of master plans and organizational advice for the IT department
• As part of your operational interventions and as part of the firm's internal development:
• You are a major player in the sale of high-stakes missions and participate in the increase in value of the firm
• You supervise consultants as part of a mission or internal project at the firm (working group, training, etc.)
• You actively contribute to our practice publication policy (writing articles, studies, press publications, etc.)
• You produce part of the missions yourself

Requirements

• You have at least 8 years of experience in the consulting sector with a cross-business career,
• You are a graduate of a major general engineering school or business school or equivalent training,
• You are proficient in written and spoken English,
• You have undeniable experience in management,
• You have an appetite for business development,

You have expertise that revolves around the professions of Industry, Mass Distribution and the Supply Chain, digital and business transformation subjects (Industry 4.0, AI, etc.), and consulting expertise such as the transformation and optimization of organizations, change management, audit, strategy, support for the management of large programs, assistance with project management and innovation.
