Role Summary

Integrated into the Nantes office of Sopra Steria Next, you will work on major business and IS digital transformation projects with the following clients: Transport (SNCF, KEOLIS, Geodis, La Poste, RATP, etc.). At the heart of office life, you contribute to its internal development on an agile and collaborative model.

Your role and missions

You lead consulting missions under the responsibility of an Account Partner. You lead a team of consultants and are involved in the commercial development of our operations on behalf of major clients.

Responsibilities

You will contribute to missions such as

• Framing and implementation of digital and business transformation projects,
• Improving the operational and industrial performance of our customers,
• Optimizing business processes and streamlining customer journeys,
• The transformation of organizations and associated change management,
• The digital transformation of our clients' businesses by imagining the uses of tomorrow (connected objects, Big Data and predictive models, IoT),

The implementation of new working methods (agility, co-design, Lean-IT).

Requirements

• You are a graduate of a major general engineering school or a business school. You have at least 6 years of professional experience in a consulting firm.
• You have an appetite for the transport and mobility sector or initial experience in this sector
• You have led transformation projects with strategic, organizational or IT challenges with a strong business, industrial and logistics or data performance dimension. You have a digital culture and a personal appetite for innovation.
• A diplomat, your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to be at ease with different people.
• You have already managed a project team and you like to grow a team and pass on your know-how to it.
• You are: proactive, curious, proactive, rigorous, with strong oral and written analysis and synthesis skills.
