Responsibilities

• Enhancing the IT Service Management (ITSM) project management capabilities of IT department in the client organization.
• Assisting execution of improvement actions to realize sufficient IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities in the IT department.
• Collaboratively work with team members to execute improvement actions.
• Analyze workload of each project and task Adjust master schedule of each project
• Draft IT Service Management (ITSM) guidelines for IT department
• Draft template of IT Service Management (ITSM) deliverables (e.g. Policy, Standard, Procedure, Manual, Roles and Responsibilities, etc)
• Draft project status reports for IT Service Management (ITSM) enhancement
• Other relevant tasks (e.g. meeting facilitation, documentation, proposal of further improvement etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelors degree and above 10-15 years of work experience
• Experience in consulting
• At least 3 year of IT Service Management (ITSM) experience for IT project
• Documentation experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) context (PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills are required)
• Systematic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Client facing experience
• Fluent Business level Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking clients
