About the role and team

Leading at Uber means setting direction in motion, not waiting for perfect conditions. As the Enterprise & SMBs Accounts Lead, you will spearhead the acquisition and expansion of Uber's most strategic partnerships in Argentina. You'll be responsible for building high-performing teams in an ambiguous environment, making hard calls under pressure, and carrying the weight of decisions that move the needle for our business.

This isn't about maintaining the status quo; it's about navigating the messy reality of complex negotiations and high-stakes commercial execution. You will lead a diverse team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of ownership and resilience while personally cultivating C-level relationships. If you lead with clarity, build with heart, and thrive on the challenge of turning unstructured problems into growth, this is where you'll make your mark.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial strategy and acquisition for Tier 1 Enterprise accounts, driving long-term value and expansion across a complex regional footprint.
  • Build, coach, and empower a high-caliber team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultivate and expand trust with C-level executives, navigating difficult partner conversations and negotiating complex agreements that maximize product adoption.
  • Drive P&L accountability and revenue targets, using data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives with the highest ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Legal to ensure seamless execution and align local priorities with Uber's global vision.
  • Navigate internal and external tension with grit, influencing stakeholders across various seniority levels to unblock projects and accelerate business growth.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or commercial leadership managing large accounts.
  • 2+ years of experience in direct people management, leading high-performing teams.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the tech, eCommerce, retail, or B2C internet sectors.
  • Strong analytical rigor with a proven ability to leverage data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-making.
  • Systems-thinking mindset with a track record of driving operational excellence and navigating high-ambiguity environments.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with a history of securing executive-level buy-in for strategic initiatives.
