Your contribution to our success

1. Lead engagements by setting objectives and scope, developing tailored work plans, and managing project delivery.
2. Design practical solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their organizational goals and operational needs.
3. Build and develop relationships with clients while identifying new business opportunities.
4. Manage and guide junior consultants to maintain quality and exceed delivery expectations.
5. Optimize client operations by implementing innovative processes and strengthening organizational controls.

Requirements

• Diploma: A Master degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of expertise in the Investment Management industry, including experience in consulting and business transformation (PMO, BA, Testing).
• Leadership: Proven ability to develop high-performing teams through meaningful opportunities and inspiring leadership.
• Languages: Fluency in English and French or German is mandatory.

Nice to have

• IT skills: Exposure to digital transformation and AI technologies, particularly automation in financial markets.
• Soft skills: Strong analytical skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a “can-do” attitude.
