Role Summary

Within Sopra Steria Next People Experience & Change, you will join a rapidly growing team of 220 consultants, supporting large companies and public actors in their human, organizational and digital transformation projects.

We work on strategic and operational issues around the transformation of organizations, change management, employee experience, HR transformation, skills development, adoption of digital solutions, evolution of working methods as well as support for transformations induced by artificial intelligence and new technologies.

Our teams design and deploy systems to secure the adoption of transformations, strengthen employee commitment and develop the adaptation capabilities of organizations in a constantly evolving environment.

Present in France and working with organizations in all sectors of activity, our teams contribute to meeting the major challenges of business transformation by reconciling performance, innovation and human impact.

Responsibilities

We support our clients in their large-scale projects, to maximize their impact and make a difference. Our fields of intervention: the strategic directions of their transformation; changes in organization, culture and management, the commitment of their employees and managers; support for change. You will be required to work on:

• The diagnosis and strategic framing of a transformation project
• Design and implementation of engagement and mobilization plans for various stakeholders
• The design and deployment of transformative projects
• The design and implementation of change anchor plans

All the tools and methods for change management: stakeholder and impact analysis, running co-construction workshops, training, communication, co-conception and design methods, coaching, etc.

Requirements

• You are a graduate of an engineering school, business school or university or equivalent and you have at least 5 years of experience as a transformation consultant.
• You have initial experience in transformation and change management.
• You are committed to continuously ensuring an excellent level of satisfaction for the customers you support
• You are recognized for your interpersonal skills
• You know how to build, deliver offers and identify the new needs of your clients to contribute to the development of projects and the firm
• You are recognized for your proactivity and your ability to positively surprise your team
• You may have mentored, supported, inspired and developed the consultants with whom you work.
