Manager Consulting Support and Services - Colomiers

Role Summary

Join our Support & Services division as a Consulting Manager and actively contribute to its development on the strategic issues of aftermarket and spare parts management.

Our field missions and our close collaboration with customers place us at the heart of their challenges and their products. With our PLM experience and our knowledge of the product life cycle (E2E Process, Method & Tools), we are true partners in their operational efficiency and we are co-building with them the industry of tomorrow.

As part of our PLM consulting team directly attached to our Support & Services division, you work with our large industrial account clients in optimizing their aftermarket model and designing new innovative services. A key player in our growth, you carry triple responsibility: production excellence, team management and commercial development.

Operational management and delivery excellence

• Lead missions operationally by leading a team and/or delivering directly to your area of expertise
• Design and produce deliverables with the highest added value for the mission
• Ensure accountability for performance, compliance with deadlines, relevance, quality and added value of work and deliverables
• Challenge customer orientations and ensure ownership of the solutions proposed by mobilizing stakeholders

Team management and development

• Organize the work of the mission and ensure the management of the team
• Supervise and develop the skills of junior and senior consultants
• Support the skills development of your teams on aftermarket issues
• Encourage support from prospects, customers and collaborators

Business development

• Manage the detection and qualification of opportunities within your scope
• Actively develop your customer network and conquer new accounts
• Contribute directly to the pre-sales phase and submit commercial proposals
• Enrich and structure the Support & Services offer in line with the needs of the aftermarket market

Requirements

Higher education (Bac+5) with significant experience in consulting and/or in an industrial environment:

• You have recognized expertise in aftermarket issues or spare parts management with mastery of the life cycle management of the product in service
• You have a strategic and entrepreneurial vision of business development
• You are recognized for your leadership and your ability to unite teams around ambitious objectives
• You are an excellent communicator, comfortable working with operational management to pitch and convince
• You have demonstrated your ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously
• This position requires fluency in English for daily professional use
