Role Summary

Within our Nantes office, made up of around fifty professionals, you will be able to contribute to increasing customer proximity for banks and financial institutions. Our teams play a crucial role in the complete transformation of our clients, understanding their strategies and implementing them operationally, particularly in customer centricity, operational excellence and compliance. With proven digital expertise in areas such as customer experience, automation and data exploitation, we offer a holistic approach to accelerate financial services and increase their economic impact. • The mission
• In this capacity, you work for major clients in the financial sector or in connection with payment services, and your missions are:
• The implementation of strategic operational or digital projects
• The design of business or upstream IS (design of new uses/services, organizational design, reengineering of business processes)
• Support for change and deployment strategy and business and/or IS developments
• Analysis and optimization of existing Customer/Advisor journeys
• End-to-end process diagnostics
• The launch of new products / subscription process
• Monitoring and analysis of regulatory impacts then operational integration into processes
• Redesigning operating models

The definition of the conditions for implementing credit or recovery plants or others.

• As part of your operational interventions and as part of the firm's internal development:
• You are a major player in the sale of high-stakes missions and participate in the increase in value of the firm
• You supervise consultants as part of a mission or internal project at the firm (working group, training, etc.)
• You actively contribute to our practice publication policy (writing articles, studies, press publications, etc.)

Requirements

• Graduate of an engineering school, business school or equivalent, you benefit from at least 9 years of experience on missions in the financial sector as well as significant experience in a consulting firm.
• Thanks to your experience and your methodological, editorial, relational and management skills, you are able to adapt to different client environments and intervene in a dynamic collective.
