Management trainee Operations

Role Summary

Om onze positie te versterken en ter ondersteuning van de groei van onze afdeling emissie- en asbestmetingen en marine services, zoeken we gedreven wetenschappelijke talenten die willen doorgroeien naar een leidinggevende/ondersteunende functie. To get to know our department in depth, you start with an intensive training program:

Gain in-depth knowledge of our activities (air measurements, asbestos measurements and Marine Services). For this you will work for a while in the field, quality and reporting;

Guidance is provided via on-the-job training and coaching;

Stap voor stap evolueert richting een rol met verantwoordelijkheid in people management, innovatie, veiligheid, kwaliteit, projectwerking en commerciële en technische taken.

Na deze periode ben je klaar om mee te werken aan projecten en binnen de afdeling mee aan te sturen en actief bij te dragen aan optimalisatie en groei.

Requirements

• Je hebt een master in Chemie, Biochemie, Milieuwetenschappen, Ingenieurswetenschappen, Industriële Wetenschappen of een andere wetenschappelijke richting ;
• If you can provide first relevant work experience, this is certainly an asset;
• Je bent analytisch en denkt procesmatig;
• One of your most important assets is your entrepreneurship and hands-on mentality. It doesn't deter you from taking responsibility;
• You take initiative, work independently and always look for better solutions;
• You have leadership potential and know how to motivate people;
• Empathy, customer focus, maturity and drive are some of your qualities;

You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
