Role Summary

As part of a 6-month fixed-term contract, we are looking for a:

Management controller F/M

Under the responsibility of the Management Control Manager, you act as a Business Partner supporting Management in decision-making and performance management.

Your role revolves around the following missions

Guarantor of analytical reporting and organization of monthly and quarterly closings in collaboration with the accounting teams;

Reporting of CAPEX needs to the group during budgets, monthly monitoring of the level of commitments vs. budget and reporting of summaries to General Management monthly;

• Optimize and make closing processes in conjunction with the accounting team more reliable;
• Responsible for analyzing significant differences between forecasts and actual results;
• Management and development of forecast budgets; animation of the budget process in conjunction with general management;
• Monitoring of financial, operational and unpaid indicators;
• Carrying out occasional studies and analyzes and managing more specific missions entrusted in project mode;

Requirements

• From Bac+5 training type Business school or Master Finance option Management control, you have significant initial experience (5 years), knowledge of the health sector (laboratory, medical analyses) is a plus.
• You master reporting, financial management and accounting techniques. You have knowledge of analytical accounting and standard costs.
• You must be proficient in Excel and have a particular appetite for reporting tools.
• You are autonomous and proactive, and interested in operations. Endowed with a strong spirit of analysis and synthesis, you are recognized for your rigor and your organization.
