Maintenance Planner

Role Summary

An important multinational leader in environmental services is looking for a Maintenance Planner for its work team in Pasto. Your main mission will be to design, schedule, verify and control the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for the vehicle fleet, machinery, equipment and tools of the operation, guaranteeing the optimization of times, costs and resources.

What will be your main challenges?

Planning and Programming: Design the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for vehicles, heavy machinery and tools, coordinating the allocation of internal/external resources, labor and spare parts.

Digital Control and Software: Manage, record and update equipment resumes and work orders (OT) through management systems.

Fleet and Tire Management: Strictly monitor the Ruedata platform, analyzing critical variables such as hours, kilometers, depths and pressures to ensure the monthly tire rotation and replacement plan.

Indicators and Analytics (KPIs): Consolidate daily, weekly and monthly information. Create dashboards and graphic reports on maintenance, productivity, overtime and accidents for fleet and management committees.

Purchasing and Budget: Manage open purchase requisitions for products or services in the area, guaranteeing the timely stock of spare parts and supporting the budget control of the business unit.

HSEQ: Ensure that all activities rigorously comply with the company's safety, occupational health and environmental impact control policies.

Requirements

• Education: Professional in Industrial Engineering or related areas.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in planning, monitoring and controlling vehicle maintenance activities, preferably in automotive mechanics or fleet management workshops.
• Mandatory requirement: Current driving license category C1, C2 or C3 (without pending summonses).
• Technical skills: Management of maintenance software (CMMS), data analysis and orientation to continuous improvement.
