Role Summary

Supervise the activities of technical staff and contractors, guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety and applicable regulations standards.

Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance, scheduled corrective and qualification activities in the Mantum system, ensuring their execution within the established deadlines.

Assign and control Work Orders (OT) of technical personnel, verifying compliance with the procedures and records established in the area.

Ensure the compliant and documented closure of Work Orders (OT) and Pending Maintenance Activities (AMP) in Mantum.

Verify that equipment, instruments and systems have updated technical information, files, histories and maintenance plans registered in the CMMS Mantum system.

Fill out the maintenance activity logs according to the MTTO-I-07 instructions.

Periodically review and consolidate maintenance management indicators (KPI's), analyzing trends in compliance, availability, costs and equipment performance.

Manage the appropriate attention to complaints, claims or non-conforming products associated with the maintenance process, promptly informing your immediate boss.

Participate and propose corrective, preventive and improvement actions, as well as in the identification and management of process risks.

Actively participate in internal and external audits related to the activities and services of the maintenance area.

Collaborate in the identification of needs of internal clients and in the planning of technically and administratively profitable projects.

Promote continuous improvement through the identification of opportunities, technical feedback and effective communication with the different sectors of the company.

Support the preparation and monitoring of the maintenance area budget, as well as maintenance, calibration and qualification expense provisions

Carry out short, medium and long-term maintenance planning according to the operational needs of the equipment and services.

Assign activities and supervise the performance of external suppliers according to defined technical and quality criteria.

Control compliance with goals and schedules established in maintenance plans for machinery and equipment.

Implement and maintain the processes and operational instructions required for the execution of the area's activities.

Manage with the users of the assets their adequate availability and performance, recording improvement plans when necessary.

Verify and consolidate the technical information necessary for decision making and management of maintenance, calibration and availability indicators. All duly registered in the MANTUM maintenance management platform.

Participate, collaborate and comply with all policies, procedures and regulations of the company's management system.

Carry out other functions assigned to you and that are inherent to your position.

Requirements

  • Training: Electromechanical Engineer, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Mechatronic.
  • Experience: Three years of experience in similar positions and with knowledge in industrial maintenance.

Technical knowledge: Maintenance planning and scheduling, with use of specialized software for maintenance management; technical knowledge of industrial equipment; spare parts management; management of basic metrology, mastery of office tools for the registration, analysis and control of information related to maintenance activities.

Languages: Not required.
