Role Summary
As a Maintenance Engineer CMP (Polish/Plating) in a fully continuous 24/7 shift system, you and the team will ensure production availability as well as the professional and qualitative implementation of maintenance measures for the systems in your area.
This includes carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance in compliance with safety-relevant specifications and work instructions as well as independent and proactive troubleshooting and troubleshooting of simple fault patterns on electrical, electronic and mechanical systems together with your internal team and, after coordination, with external service partners.
You independently undertake qualifications based on specified qualification instructions and independently operate the necessary systems.
They ensure high machine availability (uptime) and system stability using methods such as SPC.
In coordination, you create handling instructions for maintenance measures and the associated checklists. Detailed documentation of your work in our maintenance applications is a matter of course for you.
These tasks are complemented by active participation in the continuous improvement process. You will also be involved in system commissioning.
In this position you will work in our fully continuous 6:4 shift model. This means that every 6 working days are followed by 4 days off. Further information about the activity can be found here.
Requirements
Training: technical vocational training, ideally with an electrical engineering focus (electrical engineering, mechatronics, electronics, etc.) and ideally a technical qualification in the relevant field
Experience: initial specialist professional experience in practical maintenance (preventive maintenance and troubleshooting), ideally in the semiconductor industry (semiconductor production or suppliers); Knowledge in the production and maintenance of technical plants and systems (preferably in the semiconductor industry); Knowledge of methods such as SPC desired
Personality: team player, flexible, motivated, strong communicator
Way of working: forward-looking, independent, self-responsible, result- and quality-oriented as well as highly reliable, ability to assess the extensive safety regulations and minimize potential dangers in everyday work
