Responsibilities
Duties of the position
- Ensuring the continuous operation and efficiency of our automated and semi-automated production lines,
- Discovery, elimination and documentation of mechanical errors arising during production,
- Carrying out planned transitions, maintenance, replacing tools and contributing to the supply of raw materials, keeping the production line environment clean
- Daily contact with direct colleagues and fellow departments
- Monitoring and documentation of events during the shift

This role sits within the APAC Compliance team, responsible for the implementation and day-to-day management of compliance programs across China. The team covers four key pillars: Business Ethics, Anti-trust, Anti-Money Laundering, and Data Compliance. The role works closely with other APAC market/country/regional teams and the Central Compliance function at headquarters, supporting the effective execution of the Group’s China Empowerment strategy.
