Role Summary
WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As Logistics Store Support, you are responsible for planning and coordinating activities related to orders and deliveries to our stores. You ensure that all administrative and financial processes run smoothly and efficiently to ensure optimal delivery to the branches and to continuously support business processes.
WHAT TO BRING
- Professional experience in logistics or a comparable area
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of using ERP systems, especially SAP, is desirable
- Experience in dealing with customers and knowledge of working with different stakeholders
- Very good knowledge of German and good English

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities are
- Close cooperation with freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure smooth processing of deliveries
- Controlling the correct transmission of orders
- Ensuring error-free processing and processing of orders
- Ensuring timely deliveries to our JYSK branches to avoid delays
- Coordination of changes and coordination with all parties involved
- Updating and ensuring documentation of work processes in your area of responsibility
- Invoice verification and follow-up of outstanding invoices
