Logistics Internship

Role Summary

It will provide assistance in the area of logistics and foreign trade, knowing the entire routine to obtain experience and knowledge of the sector and profession.

Monitoring of contracts and payments to service providers.

Preparation of loader to load expenses in SAP and conference.

Administrative support to other SCM colleagues with expense reports, creation of CEOS, e-Sign, among others.

Support for import routines, focusing on the nationalization control spreadsheet with programmers and dispatchers.

Checking billing and expenses for import processes.

Monitoring of express courier shipments and payments to agents.

Assistance to service providers as well as provision of payment information.

Support for the Import archive and correct storage of documents for the period established by law.

Support for SCM management, Foreign Trade analysts.

Preparation of reports, indicators and analyzes for the SCM area.

Requirements

• Studying higher education in logistics, foreign trade or administration;
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
• Availability to work at the Várzea Paulista plant.
