Logistics Analyst - Import and Export

Logistics Analyst - Import and Export at Smiths Group in Rio Claro, SP, Brazil.

Role Summary

• Plan and monitor material collections from suppliers, according to purchasing demands;
• Manage import and export processes, ensuring the correct sending of documents and supporting customs clearance;
• Monitor temporary import/export operations, ensuring compliance with all stages;
• Coordinate receipt, checking and storage of materials, ensuring accuracy and organization of stock;
• Dispatch materials, schedule transport and schedule deliveries/collections with customers and carriers;
• Monitor delivery deadlines, documentation and authorizations, avoiding delays and rework;
• Check freight and transport bills, ensuring compliance with current tables;
• Control dedicated freight requests;
• Work on the continuous improvement of logistics processes and maintain compliance with quality standards and internal procedures;

Requirements

• Technical education in Logistics - Administration (minimum);
• Higher education in Administration or related areas (desirable);
