Role Summary

Serve as a liaison between the Sector Coordinator and the support areas of the organization, interacting with the latter so that they meet the requirements.

  • Follow up and manage requirements and ensure their timely delivery.
  • Assist the delivery of the different requirements to the sector with the corresponding delivery certificate.
  • Maintain control through documentary files of the delivery minutes and administration assets (vehicles).
  • Feed the different monitoring and management control tables of the own and outsourced vehicle fleet with indicators and programmed alerts.
  • Keep vehicle fleet information updated in the company's different information systems.
  • Validate the costs of towing vehicles nationwide with their respective requests.
  • Serve internal customers.
  • Manage the physical documentation of the own and outsourced vehicle fleet.
  • Interact with sector personnel to ensure that they have everything necessary for the proper execution of their assigned vehicle fleet.
  • Assist your immediate boss in the requirements that they make for the correct operation of the area and sectors.
  • Detection of corrective, preventive actions and improvement plans within the management of the strategic road plan of the own and outsourced vehicle fleet.
  • Control and manage the proper use of parking in the company's facilities
  • Vehicle movement activities while driving due to administrative operational needs.
  • Others assigned to you, inherent to your position

Requirements

  • Academic training: Technician or student in the last semesters of administrative careers.
  • Experience: 6 months of experience in logistics, purchasing or resource management
  • Driving license: Exluent requirement
