Role Summary

Receive and evaluate the samples, checking whether they are ready to be registered for the analytical process. Register sample data in the system and direct them to laboratories. Contribute to the cleaning and organization of the sector.

SAMPLING RETURN

  • Check the samples received, complying with the procedures established by the company, identifying abnormalities and pointing them out to the immediate superior;
  • Label the samples and store them in a suitable place;
  • Discard samples whenever necessary, respecting safety, hygiene and occupational health standards;
  • Organize samples returned by the laboratory after use;
  • Perform other related activities, as necessary, or at the discretion of your superior.

Responsibilities

  • Open the boxes received with the samples;
  • Evaluate whether the samples and information received are viable for registration, following the screening procedures informed according to systems used internally.
  • Weigh the samples and measure the temperature of samples that require special packaging;
  • Calibrate scales and check freezer and refrigerator temperatures;
  • Deliver registered samples to laboratories and direct those to be carried out via Intercompany or subcontracting;
  • Register the samples following the registration procedures informed in the Quality Management System;
  • Resolve pending issues with the Commercial area and/or customer;
  • Contribute to the cleaning and organization of the sector; • Perform other related activities, as necessary, or at the discretion of your superior.

Requirements

Behavioral skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal relationships, organization, discipline, pro activity and dynamism.
  • Required education: Completed secondary education.
  • Additional training: Desirable ongoing technician in Administration, Logistics or areas related to the laboratory.

Languages and expected level:-

  • Previous experience (type and duration): No previous experience is necessary.
  • Technical knowledge: Basic Office. Good typing. Knowledge in related areas of Chemistry, Biology and Pharmacy is desirable.
