Role Summary

Receive and evaluate the samples, checking whether they are ready to be registered for the analytical process. Register sample data in the computerized system and direct them to specific laboratories. Resolve pending issues with the Commercial area. Contribute to the cleaning and organization of the sector.

Work schedule: Monday to Saturday.

Opening hours: 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday.

On Saturdays 08: 00 to 12:00

Availability to start on 07/14/2026.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check the samples received;
• Evaluate whether the samples, documents and information received are viable for registration, following the screening procedures informed in the Quality Management System;
• Weigh the samples and measure the temperature of samples that require special packaging;
• Calibrate scales and check freezer and refrigerator temperatures;
• Register the samples following the registration procedures informed in the Quality Management System;
• Resolve pending issues with the Commercial and/or Customer area;
• Deliver registered samples to laboratories and direct those to be carried out via Intercompany or subcontractors;
• Contribute to the cleaning and organization of the sector;

Perform other related activities, as necessary, or at the discretion of your superior.

Requirements

• Behavioral skills: Good communication and interpersonal relationships, organization, discipline, pro activity and dynamism.
• Required training: Complete technical education.
• Additional training: An ongoing degree is an advantage.

Languages and expected level:-

• Previous experience (type and duration): 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Technical knowledge: Basic Office. Good typing. Knowledge in related areas of Chemistry, Biology and Pharmacy is desirable.
