Local Water and Sanitation Service Manager (M/F)

Role Summary

Within the Dordogne Limousin Territory, under the responsibility of the Territory Director, Isle and Dordogne sector, the Water and Sanitation Service Manager must define, manage and optimize human, technical and budgetary resources and ensure the animation of the teams in his area:

Management

You manage a team of 44 employees (including 5 Team Managers).

You ensure compliance and application of health and safety and environmental quality instructions (safety talks, site visits).

You are responsible for the application of the Group's directives.

Operation

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and monitoring the service's activities with communities and manufacturers. You participate in the preparation of technical reports and delegatee reports.

Management

You manage the budgets in conjunction with the Territorial Director, the Operations Department and the Territorial Management Controller. You contribute to the optimization of operating costs: analyze the operation of services and undertake corrective actions, control and ensure compliance with the purchasing policy, make investment and improvement proposals. You implement renewal and investment plans within the service and ensure associated reporting to customers (communities).

Commercial

You are the company's representative to elected officials or technicians from communities and control bodies. You participate in monitoring and developing commercial relationships for the local service.

Requirements

• Bac+5 in water professions or equivalent
• 5 years of management experience
• Water and sanitation expertise
• Mastery of DSP/HDSP contracts
• Leadership and strategic vision
• Relational excellence
• Rigor and organization
• Autonomy and spirit of initiative
• B license required
