Local coordinators (H/F/X) for international students

Role Summary

🎯We are looking for Local Coordinators in Spain!

CLS-Idiomas together with WEP is looking for committed professionals passionate about intercultural education to play the role of local coordinator and contact person with schools in Spain.

👥What will be your mission?

• You will accompany international students participating in an exchange program in Spain, and your duties will include:
• Search and select volunteer host families
• Manage student enrollment in institutes
• Manage student profiles
• Support students and families throughout the program (emotional, academic and practical aspects)
• Organize training activities for students
• Participate in excursions organized by CLS-Idiomas
• Collaborate in planning activities

Requirements

• Minimum age: 25 years
• High school diploma or university degree
• Good level of English (oral and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, active listening, autonomy, mediation, problem solving and critical thinking
• driving license
• Availability for short trips, even on weekends (if necessary)
• Be registered as self-employed (educational coach, private teacher, tour guide, etc.)
