At Caspar Health, we want to design rehabilitation in such a way that patients can receive effective and reliable therapeutic support even after their hospital stay. To do this, we combine evidence-based rehabilitation medicine with digital care offerings.

In our Caspar Clinic we provide follow-up care to rehabilitants via telemedicine. Psychotherapists, doctors, therapists and other healthcare professionals work together in an interdisciplinary manner - with a common goal: to support patients in transferring the success of their therapy into their everyday lives.

We are looking for a psychotherapist for our team from January 2027 who will provide telemedical support to our rehabilitants during aftercare. You can expect therapeutic work in a digital care environment in which evidence-based work, professional exchange and patient-centered care are the focus.

Transparency is also important to us when it comes to salary: for this position our salary range is €47,000 to €55,000 gross per year for 40 hours per week. Your individual starting salary within this range depends on your relevant professional experience, your qualifications and the skills you bring to the position.

Our therapeutic concepts and treatment standards are based on current scientific findings and the standards of rehabilitation medicine. At the same time, we are continuously developing our care and are in regular contact with cooperating clinics and facilities, practicing doctors, scientific institutions, universities and health insurance companies.

At the Caspar Clinic you will work in an interdisciplinary team of therapists, doctors and other healthcare professionals. We bring together different professional perspectives and work on equal terms to offer our patients the best possible telemedical care. In doing so, we question existing paths, develop our care together and support each other in everyday work.

• Your challenges
• You organize and carry out group therapies in the DRV's unimodal aftercare concept (PSY-RENA) in digital form (e.g. video tool) and document them digitally
• You conduct psychological consultations in rehabilitation aftercare (IRENA and IRENA Psychosomatics) for rehabilitation patients and document this digitally
• Your tasks will also include helping to design and implement digital training formats (webinars) for our patients
• As part of the further training of our employees, you will conduct internal training on specific medical/psychological topics
• You are involved in the further development and quality assurance of our supply concepts

Requirements

You have a license to practice as a psychological psychotherapist or are a medical psychotherapist with completed additional psychotherapeutic training or further training (additional designation/specialist) with recognition in Germany

• You have at least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation and/or social medicine
• You have experience caring for patients in a group therapy setting
• You have an affinity for digital media through its use in healthcare
• Experience in carrying out psychosomatic rehabilitation aftercare (psychosomatic IRENA, PSY-RENA) is a big plus
• You work in a structured and responsible manner and have a positive, open and approachable personality
• You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team at eye level just as much as supporting our patients on their rehabilitative path
• You speak German fluently, both spoken and written
