Level 2 Engineer - Certified in Citrix Analytics

Role Summary

The role is responsible for providing advanced technical expertise in the area of data analytics and analytics. This will include delivering results from a wide range of data sources, including event logs, information systems audit trail reports, application performance metrics and user behaviour analysis. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate deep experience with various analytical techniques including advanced machine learning and predictive analytics as well as strong communication skills to facilitate business collaboration across departments. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is also essential. In this role you will provide technical support on all levels within the Citrix Analytics Platforms suite which includes: Citrix Receiver/NPS (Centralized Threat Management), Citrix NetScaler Gateway/NAP (Network Access Protection) & Advanced Machine Learning Server

Requirements

• Prevent internal threats & data exfiltration attacks
• Track & model individual User behaviors across enterprise
• Identify and aggregate User Risky behaviors into Risk Profiles
• Integrate All systems and build behavior rules
• Setup triggers to trap fraudulent activity learned from modules and report
• Protect Applications from external attacks
• Track, access, and rank applications based on risks
• Suggest mitigation steps to enhance security
• Build applications usage profiling to create risk identifiers to trigger
• Prevent internal threats & data exfiltration attacks
• Track 'sensitive files' via DLP engines
• Analyze data usage and behavior around data to enhance management of the data usage and to build triggers on strange behavior
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field required
• 5 years of experience in software engineering, technical writing and/or system administration, with a strong background in data warehousing
• A strong understanding of the Citrix platform is required
• Experience in working with and/or designing complex applications and web services preferred
