Role Summary

We are looking for a precise and versatile figure to optimize the online presence of our structures (Hotels/Apartments). You will be responsible for managing rates (Revenue Management) and taking care of content (Translation/Localization) to maximize sales.

⚠️ COMPULSORY TRAINING (IBIZA)

The position is predominantly remote, but requires an initial period of intensive in-person training at our headquarters in Ibiza. Non-negotiable requirement.

We focus on merit. We offer

Fixed Salary (around €500): Guaranteed base, defined and increaseable based on the real value you will bring to the company.

Commissions: Percentage of bookings and sales generated by your work.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a dynamic professional figure to manage rate monitoring and translations of our accommodation portfolio. The role combines revenue management skills with language skills, supported by the use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Revenue: Price monitoring, Channel Manager update and synchronization on OTA (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.).
• Content: Translation and adaptation of texts into Italian and Spanish (use of AI + accurate human review).
• E-commerce: Last minute/seconds publication

Requirements

• Languages: Italian mother tongue + Spanish (level B2/C1) + English (spoken and written)
• Skill: Excellent IT familiarity and obsessive precision in details.
• Web content writing and editing
• English Language Speaking and Writing
