League Coordinator

Role Summary

Maintain communication with league officers to facilitate and maximize league participation each season.

Publish, maintain, and distribute accurate schedules and flyers in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate and compete league financial records

Organize, distribute, and track league awards.

Schedule and attend meetings as the house representative.

Organize and oversee League Bowler Club Tournaments.

Assist Shift Manager in normal office duties.

Fill in at Front Bowling Desk when needed.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Extensive Bowling experience and knowledge. A working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
