Role Summary

Within a Human Resources management project system, the Technical Leader works on a Pega platform with high robustness, security and compliance challenges.

The project, based in Tours, is part of a structured environment, with a high level of technical standards.

The Technical Leader is the referent of the agile team for which he is responsible. His role is to bring his Pega expertise to the project, ensure application quality, the delivery of the project as well as ensure the increase in skills and support of junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Within a project system at a client in the Defense & Security sector:
• Provide technical lead on the Pega solution as Senior System Architect
• Design and guarantee the Pega application architecture consistent with customer requirements
• Manage, supervise and technically advance the Pega development team
• Carry out and validate complex developments
• Guarantee the quality, performance, security and maintainability of the solution
• Ensure environmental monitoring
• Define and enforce Pega development and architecture standards
• Participate in technical and architectural reviews
• Be in control of the delivery of application packages and the delivery chain
• Contribute to the costing of User Stories and technical packages
• Be the preferred technical contact for Product Owners and project teams
• Participate in the active life of the SCRUM team as well as in the agile project bodies

Requirements

Technical skills

• Advanced Pega Infinity proficiency
• Mastery of different portals (App studio and Dev studio)
• Expertise Senior System Architect
• Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails & Pega Best Practices
• Design and implementation of complex Pega solutions
• Complex integrations with third-party systems (REST/SOAP API)
• Recent or proven experience on Pega Constellation
• Pega Diagnostic Cloud
• Graduate from an engineering school or equivalent, you have at least 3-5 years of experience on Pega.
• You have proven experience as a technical leader / Seniot System Architect on projects with high security and reliability issues.
