Responsibilities - Develop and prepare digital interaction concepts for gaming platforms (e.g., online casinos, game marketplaces), overseeing the creation of vibrant and eye-catching designs that capture user attention

• Inspire and guide a team of creative designers, providing art direction, constructive feedback and mentorship
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective task prioritization and management
• Motivate and foster professional growth within the design team
• Review design concepts and mockups to ensure they meet project requirements and quality standards
• Present design ideas to clients and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into improvements
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and functional
• Continuously develop new design concepts and ideas to drive innovation within the team

Requirements - 4+ years of industry experience with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design

• Strong understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting and the challenges of real-time development
• Leadership skills, especially in collaborating with designers and artists
• Ability to make decisions based on data
• Experience managing external resources and working with outsourcing studios
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in fast-paced environment
• B2+ written and spoken English

Nice to have - Background in managing design operations and coordinating with multiple stakeholders

• Knowledge of user experience, visual design and creative design principles in gaming contexts
