Roles and Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates operations and production plans.
• Manages and ensures the supply of raw materials to production processes.
• Monitors and controls productivity, product quality and safety on the production line.
• Identifies and proposes ideas for process improvement.
• Manages and ensures the deployment of the required documentation on the production line.
• Trains direct personnel in production operations and ensures the development of multifunctional teams in different WCs.
• Ensures compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP's) and good documentation practices (GDP's).
• Communicate potential risks that negatively impact the manufacturing of the product.
• Verifies the basic parameters and settings according to the process window established in machines and equipment.
• Provides support to the area technician in carrying out autonomous maintenance. Perform other tasks as necessary.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Preferably completed high school or 3 years of experience in the medical device industry.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge and Skills

• Leadership skills to manage staff and solve problems.
• Ability to influence and build good working relationships in accordance with BD values.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and work as a team.
• Responsible, empathetic, respectful and trustworthy.
