Responsibilities

Your task

As a lead partner, you will support Wealth & Living Real Estate in identifying potential real estate customers and thus make an important contribution to winning new mandates. Your main task is to identify people from your network, your environment or outside who are thinking about selling or buying a property and to refer these contacts to us.

Your activities
Identification of potential customers
Establishing initial contact (e.g. via network, social media, telephone or recommendations)
Forwarding qualified leads to us
Building your own network for customer recommendations
Place of work
You are free to work from anywhere, but must deliver prospects in one or more of the following regions:
Canton of Valais: Mainly Upper Valais region
Canton of Graubünden: Region Surselva, Imboden, Viamala, Moesa, Plessur, Landquart, Prättigau/Davos, Albula, Engiadina Bassa/Val Müstair, Maloja
Canton of Ticino: Region Sopraceneri, Sottoceneri
Canton of Uri
Canton of Bern: except Bernese Jura & Biel/Bienne
Canton of Obwalden
Canton of Nidwalden
Canton of Schwyz

Attractive compensation model divided into levels depending on performance (Level I - V)
CHF 300 commission in the lowest level per successfully concluded contract
Payout in cash to your account after conclusion of the contract with the referred customer
No sales limits - the more successful leads, the higher your income
