Role Summary

About position

We are looking for a Lead Developer / TIBCO Technical Lead to join our technology team.

We are looking for a senior, highly hands-on technical professional, capable of combining business integration development, solution design, architectural thinking and technical leadership.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), BWCE and BusinessEvents (BE) and will be able to take ownership of technical solutions from design to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business integration solutions using TIBCO technologies.
• Develop and maintain integration services using TIBCO BW and BWCE.
• Work with TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE) and event-oriented integration solutions.
• Convert functional and business requirements into technical solutions.
• Define architecture, patterns and integration interfaces.
• Provide technical leadership to the development team.
• Review technical designs and code.
• Define standards and good development practices.
• Solve complex integration and production problems.
• Perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps and stakeholders.
• Participate in estimates and technical planning.
• Mentor other developers.
• Ensure scalable, maintainable, reliable and good-performing solutions.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in software development/integration, preferably in enterprise environments.

• Solid hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW).
• Solid hands-on experience with TIBCO BWCE.
• Experience with TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE).
• Verifiable experience in Solution Design / Solution Architecture.
• Previous experience in Technical Leadership.
• Ability to design end-to-end integration solutions.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication with technical and business profiles.
• Professional English B2.
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
