Role Summary
We are seeking a Lead Change and Adoption Specialist to enhance Modern Workplace solutions.
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful adoption of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace solutions. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive digital transformation and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities - Drive modern workplace adoption and change initiatives by developing and implementing strategies
- Engage with clients and internal teams to assess needs and create tailored adoption roadmaps
- Deliver training and enablement programs through workshops and communication campaigns
- Monitor adoption success by utilizing analytics and user feedback to refine strategies
- Promote best practices in change management by establishing methodologies for transformation
- Support internal growth of the practice by contributing to knowledge-sharing and upskilling efforts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive adoption initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, enhancing productivity through effective change management
- Facilitate training sessions to improve proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
- Create reports and presentations to communicate metrics and adoption trends
Requirements - 5+ years of experience in change management with a focus on user adoption
- Background in Microsoft 365 solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams
- Strong facilitation skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools to track adoption trends
- Capability to consult and advise clients on user adoption strategies
- Understanding of digital experience management principles
- English proficiency at a business level
Nice to have - Microsoft Change Management & Adoption Certification
- Familiarity with Confluence
- Knowledge of Google Workspace applications
- Skills in training delivery and facilitation
- Experience with Miro and Zoom
