Laboratory Supervisor

Role Summary

Supervise, control and validate analytical processes, complying with all operational, general and instructive procedures, leading the staff in charge, with the objective of delivering reliable results and providing quality service to the client.

1. Designate the daily tasks of the sector in your charge and organize production, with the objective of meeting the stipulated times and providing quality service.
2. Validate and control the analytical parameters and the quality assurance program related to your division, with the objective of ensuring the reliability of the results.
3. Participate in the development of new analysis methods and in the verification/validation of test methods, with the aim of responding to the client's requests and complying with established standards.
4. Review and control the quality of the analytical process, with the objective of identifying deviations/risks and taking action on them.

Requirements

Formal Education (level and area of study)

Complete secondary: Chemical Technician or similar. Preferably tertiary or university students with related careers.

Previous Work Experience

• +2 years of experience in personnel and laboratory management.
• Languages
• Intermediate English
