Role Summary

Under the responsibility of a team leader, your daily mission will be to provide logistical and operational support to the technical teams with the aim of maintaining a working environment conducive to the successful implementation of laboratory tests.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily maintenance and cleaning of laboratories including culture rooms (containment level L2) in interaction with technicians,
  • Ensure regular maintenance and cleaning of 'cold' storage areas of laboratories, cell incubators and other equipment,
  • Manage the supply of consumables to all laboratories,
  • Participate in waste management,
  • Prepare buffer solutions, culture media, reagents, culture plates, etc.
  • Participate in the launch of autoclave cycles,
  • Participate in orders, receptions and supply of consumables.

Requirements

  • Areas of technical expertise
  • Scientific baccalaureate (biology/chemistry) required
  • Knowledge of the laboratory environment with initial experience in biology, cell culture or microbiology
  • Mastery of laboratory units: quantity, volume, concentration, molarity, weight and dilutions
  • Knowledge of basic computer tools: Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Basics in scientific English (written comprehension) would be a plus

Salary

Remuneration according to the conventional scale of the National Collective Agreement for Chemical Industries - IDCC 44, coefficient 130.
