Role Summary
Perform physical and chemical analysis, using predetermined techniques to meet the demands of analytical services, complying with all safety regulations and control standards, as well as organizational and environmental policies.
Participate in updating or developing new methodologies, from the execution of methods, registration of results, data processing, procedures and protocols as requested.
Operate, facilitate and maintain the optimal functioning of the equipment and supplies related to their functions, and is responsible for notifying them of the presence of damage or if replacement is required.
Knowledge
Procedures and use of laboratory equipment
Safety and traceability standards in the treatment of samples
Requirements
Formal Studies: Chemical Analyst, Intermediate Level Technician, Higher Level Technician, University Technician, Professional Technician or other studies oriented to the areas of Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, depending on the service area.
Minimum necessary skills
Practical and theoretical management in analysis methods according to the area or service.
