Role Summary
Masters several techniques and manipulations of the process, which he executes in parallel independently, including the delicate stages of production.
Ensures that the team's training matrix remains aligned with operational activities and field needs.
Prepares, completes, compiles and finalizes checklists, suggests improvements and transmits them to supervisors and/or QA.
Identifies, reports and documents unplanned events observed in the team.
Detects and anticipates potential risks linked to operations and proposes preventive or improvement actions.
Carry out investigations and contribute to the description of deviations in collaboration with QA, under supervision, particularly in SAP.
Rigorously applies EHS rules and is actively involved in their monitoring and compliance in the field.
Participates in the implementation of new equipment or processes (protocols, technical validations, interdepartmental coordination, field monitoring).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a scientific orientation or equivalent.
- Desired experience in team management or coordination.
- Ability to understand and use technical literature, as well as to master the equipment, systems and key stages of the process.
- Mastery of standard IT tools (Office suite) and use of specific software such as SAP/R3.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French. English is an asset.
