What are you going to do?
You identify training needs and actively think about promoting expertise, including a focus on SKJ/BIG registrations, interprofessional collaboration and strategic knowledge development. With your expertise you contribute to a learning organization in which employees can continuously develop.
In this versatile role, you are involved in, among other things, the translation of organizational objectives into a multi-year training plan, annual training plans for the locations and co-developing a future-oriented vision on internal training and practical guidance (from HBO to postdoctoral). In addition, you know everything about our learning management system and you contribute from your expertise to a strong onboarding program.

The target group – what makes our work the best work!
The very young child, you really have to want to go for that. You work with families who are very vulnerable and going through a lot. With all disciplines together you piece together the overall picture: what is really going on? And what do this young child and the immediate environment need? That makes the work challenging, in-depth and incredibly meaningful.
The Infant Mental Health (IMH) vision forms the basis of how we work, collaborate and treat. Based on that vision, we continue to learn and develop together. We always see the young child in the context in which he or she grows up: the relationship with parents, the network and the environment. This requires a systemic view, an open attitude and a lot of knowledge of development, attachment and regulation.
