KYC Officer

Role Summary

As a KYC Officer, you play a key role in protecting our business and our customers against financial and economic crime, such as money laundering, fraud and terrorist financing. You understand the complexity of international financial systems and constantly stay informed of the latest regulatory requirements and emerging risks.

Your main mission is to verify customer identities, assess risk profiles and ensure compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations. You use internal tools and advanced data analytics to detect unusual behavior, escalate suspicious activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of our risk management framework.

Clear communication and effective collaboration are essential in this role. You work closely with the compliance, legal and financial teams to ensure rigorous documentation, smooth customer integration and regulatory compliance across all processes. Through your analytical approach and attention to detail, you help maintain a secure and compliant customer portfolio, while supporting the integrity and reputation of the organization.

You have the following knowledge and experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience
• You have knowledge and experience in the following areas Microsoft Office Tools
• Languages: Dutch and French (obligatory), English (desirable): Dutch and French (obligatory), English desirable
