He has basic experience in leading and developing a team, because he knows that great results cannot be achieved without a strong team.

He inspires and communicates clearly, creating a positive atmosphere in the workplace.

Takes responsibility for the quality of customer service and the overall results of the store.

He gets things done and keeps a cool head when determining priorities even in difficult situations.

He tries to constantly improve and knows how to pick himself up quickly if something does not go according to expectations.

He/she is ready to be available during one or two working weekends per month.

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL BE THE CONTENT OF YOUR WORK

• You build your team through professional recruitment, while several management tools will help you lead and develop your team.
• Together with your representative, you lead the store team to excellent results, while you exceed the expectations of our customers every day.
• You plan your attendance and decide on the activities necessary to fulfill your goals. Together with the representative, you clearly communicate the priorities to your team.
• You are responsible for the concept (look) of the store and oversee the day-to-day activities, while involving and empowering your team.
• You are not deterred by physical work, and you set an example for your colleagues when performing the daily activities of the store.
• You proactively look for opportunities to improve things and you are not afraid to speak up.
