As part of a team of experts, you support the users on site at our customer. Your specific understanding of applications, processes and the environment ensures the smooth work and success of our customers.
Responsibilities
Your tasks in detail
- Processing incidents and service requests, analyzing service interruptions and continuous improvement
- Design methods support (especially for 3DEXPERIENCE: CATIA V5/6, ENOVIA)
- User support (2nd and 3rd level) for CAD and DMU tools
- Support in quality assurance of applications (testing and analysis of test results)

Requirements
Who we are looking for
You have a degree in mechanical engineering, aircraft construction or aerospace engineering and have already gained at least two years of professional experience.
You also have
- At least 2 years of design experience in the CATIA environment (ideally also in the CATIA V5/6 environment) and/or
- several years of experience with alternative CAD programs and viewers and have developed a good overview of design methods and tools
- Knowledge of 3D software
- Experience with a PLM and PDM system (Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill; e.g. data, release, change and configuration management)
- 3DEXPERIENCE Experience in product design (e.g. CATIA V6) and development
- In order to optimally support our customers, you ideally have a high level of IT affinity and may already be able to make minor adjustments independently.
- On a personal level, strong communication skills, a proactive approach and service orientation are just as important to us as technical expertise. We therefore expect willingness to travel and very good knowledge of German and English.
