Role Summary

Clevertronic is the all-round partner for smartphone life: We buy used smartphones, tablets and other electronics, prepare them professionally and give them a second life as tested refurbished products.

With around 100 colleagues, more than 50 million euros in sales and profitable growth without investors, we are one of the largest refurbishing companies in Germany. We are now developing Clevertronic into a platform for everything related to smartphone life - with new products, business models and markets.

We are looking for a committed personality with experience in e-commerce who would like to contribute their own ideas, take responsibility and develop together with us in product management.

Responsibilities

• You analyze our e-commerce products, the online shop and the customer journey based on key figures and customer feedback.
• You will develop concrete improvements from this and accompany their implementation from the first idea to go-live.
• You take responsibility for clearly defined projects right from the start, coordinate the teams involved and keep an eye on progress and results.
• You will also get involved in day-to-day business and get to know our products, processes and customer needs from the ground up.
• You use AI for research, analysis and the preparation of your projects and try out new applications.

Requirements

• You have gained practical experience in e-commerce, product or project management.
• Ideally, you have completed commercial training or a degree with a business or digital focus.
• You think analytically, like working with numbers and can draw understandable conclusions from information.
• You show initiative, work in a structured and reliable manner and want to take responsibility for your topics.
• You communicate clearly, enjoy working with different people and can bring different perspectives together.
• You are open and curious about AI and other digital tools and want to integrate them sensibly into your everyday work.
