What activities await you
You support the team in the support and further development of our product data management and IoT platforms in the form of Windchill and Thingworx. Your tasks include, among others, the following areas of activity:
End user support of the applications
Windchill & Thingworx upgrade
Maintaining and further developing the Windchill & Thingworx environment.
- Windchill & Thingworx Configuration
- Windchill & Thingworx implementation
- Advising customers on technical projects
Implementation of service improvements.

Requirements
Who we are looking for
- Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Initial practical experience in the IT/PLM environment as well as a high IT affinity, especially in dealing with Windows Server, scripting and ideally Windchill & Thingworx Configuration, Customization & Upgrade (API, Java, REST)
- Build & Deployment Tools
- Initial experience in DevOps tool stack (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket/Gitlab, Jenkins)
- Initial knowledge of Infrastructure & Network Architecture
- Basic knowledge of one or more programming languages is an advantage
- Understanding of IT support processes and interest in working with applications and tools in the engineering environment
- Commitment to continuous development within the framework of the company strategy
- Confident and competent demeanor with good communication and team skills
- Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
