JUNIOR PLANNING ANALYST

Role Summary

Participate in the development of the general service plan, master schedule

Monitoring of the Tactical Plan: monthly programs and plans, schedule of activities.

• Weekly meetings with residents of executive areas
• Track scheduled and completed activities
• Prepare reports and statistics on control activities
• Coordinate and monitor the operational plan prepared by the areas

Monitor open restrictions and coordinate their closure with those responsible.

• Responsible for the review and consolidation of the monthly deliverable for the assigned operational area
• Consolidate and manage supplies for the execution of the service in the assigned operational area
• Prepare the RAKEN Daily Report
• Participate in project team meetings when necessary, controlling and monitoring agreements

Other functions similar to your position indicated by the Employer or hierarchical superior based on your needs and requirements.

Requirements

• Senior planning analyst or performing similar functions – 02 years or more
• University Bachelor or Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Project management under the PMBOK (Desirable)
• Project planning (Desirable)
• MS Project (Desirable)
